What you get for the week
A live listing on the public board after an admin approves it. Candidates Easy Apply without making an account. While the job is live, you can search people who opted in to talent search. At the end of seven days the job expires unless you extend or auto-renew. That clock is how we keep zombie listings off the board.
How checkout works
When the weekly price is above zero, checkout is Stripe. You pay $10 for seven days, the job goes to admin review, and the live clock starts when it is approved — not when you hit pay. Close the job anytime. We do not prorate the week you already paid. Price changes apply to new publishes and renewals; the week you already bought stays yours.
Need more time? Extend 7 days at the current weekly price. Auto-renew keeps the listing live another week so you do not have to remember. Cancel auto-renew whenever you want and the job runs to the end of the paid week, then comes down. No packages, no “gold” tier, no click bids hiding in the invoice.
A week on UCPeople is seven days on the public board, not seven days in a draft folder. The listing is not searchable until an admin approves it. If you close the job early, it comes down; we do not issue a prorated refund. If you keep hiring, you extend or let auto-renew run. Candidates always apply free.
Featured add-on
Featured listings sort toward the top of the board for an extra $15 a week on top of the weekly price. It is optional. The weekly number above is still the number for a regular live job.
What we do not sell
We do not sell clicks. We do not sell a starter / growth / enterprise ladder. We do not recommend a daily budget. If you have been comparing us with Indeed or another CPC board, the comparison is simple: they charge for attention by the click; we charge a weekly flat fee ($10 a week) to keep one job live. Read the Indeed alternative page if you want the product difference in plain language. We are smaller. We will not invent traffic numbers to close a sale.
